Job Description Summary

Manager, Integrated Facilities Management

Responsible to provide analytical support, coordination, oversight, and final review of facilities helpdesk services on behalf of the client and to monitor internal/external workflow for facilities helpdesk cases to ensure consistent quality of service and work product

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of all facilities helpdesk services and functions

* Compile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables

* Review and/or take ownership of major or high profile facilities cases

* Monitor and review the workload of team and managers including maintaining adequate level of staff

* Understand client(s) strategic real estate goals and implement corresponding real estate plans

* Provide leadership and guidance through the on-boarding support of new team members

* Create and maintain trust and strong relationships with internal and external parties including client(s), Account Managers, Account Executives, and other senior leadership

* Manage or execute special projects, as assigned

* Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding issues, challenges, and areas for additional focus

* Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations

* Participate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achieved

* Assist with preparation of documents ( e.g. case studies) needed for pursuit of new facilities business

* Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements for the facilities helpdesk function

* Keep abreast of current industry standards, trends, and benchmarks

* Ensure technical training of associates is conducted

* Monitor performance of facilities helpdesk technologies and interface with internal/external IT system owners

* Assist in developing and monitoring annual facilities helpdesk budget with input from clients, Account Managers, and Account Executives

* Provide strategy for increasing efficiencies and meeting/exceeding clients' KPIs

* Review appropriate P&L statements

* Assist in onboarding new clients

* Develop, test and implement emergency procedures and business continuity plans

* Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors

* Demonstrate initiative through taking on additional projects and responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor Degree, 5+ years relevant work experience

* Or similar combination of education and experience

* May be required to obtain and hold state real estate License

* Advanced familiarity with and understanding of lease language

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills

* Ability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously

* Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
