Marketing Brokerage Support Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Brokerage Specialist works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent. This position serves as the day-to-day point of contact for the Brokerage Team.
The successful candidate provides superior marketing, research and administrative support critical to the overall success of a broker team. Additionally, the Brokerage Specialist provides support to broker(s) in representation of our clients in the underwriting, performance of due diligence, packaging and marketing of properties.

Job Description

  • Coordinates marketing, research, and financial analysis efforts, as it relates to marketing packages; create marketing packages
  • Compiles information to be used in periodic landlord leasing activity reports
  • Prepares market surveys
  • Fields marketing calls
  • Coordinates property tours packages (does not conduct the tours)
  • Compiles information for marketing activity reports for broker team
  • Abstracts leases and drafts proposals with direction from supervising C&W real estate professional
  • Lead calls and meetings with the Brokerage Team as required
  • Establish and communicate project schedule to all project participants
  • Work with BrokerageTeam to assemble all required assets ina centralized project collaborationspace
  • Manage the project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standardprocessesto ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Communicate withBrokerageTeam on project updates, either through status calls or other channels
  • Prepare general correspondence, memos, proposals, agreements, charts, tables, and graphs
  • Assist with creating/editing the content of marketing materials, brochures, flyers, corporate leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentations, presentation boards, aerials, etc. (using corporate standard templates)
  • Ensure feedback and edits are incorporated intodrafts
  • Ensure final on-time delivery of all project assets and deliverables
  • Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools
  • Performs other administrative tasks required by C&W to facilitate the transaction of C&W's real estate business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years real estate industry experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles
  • Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participants
  • Self-motivated but works well in a group environment.
