Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in St. Louis, MO. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Review booking packages and plan customers' service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive services.
    * Develop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processes.
    * Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules.
    * Review service work orders and inspection reports for deficiencies.
    * Fulfill service contract obligations for execution and manage financial performance of the service agreements.
    * Verify contract characteristics entered for assigned accounts
  • They need to review contract deliverables and financial performance trends carefully.
  • Managing multiple contracts, each with its timeline and requirements.
  • Be efficient with tracking contract progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer obligations.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $23.52/hour
  • Hours: 40 hours/week 1st Shift
    • M-F 7:30 AM - 4 PM
  • Length: Temp (4 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in documentation management

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Contract management
  • SAP experience
  • Effective communication is essential in interactions with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
  • This is crucial to ensure accuracy and avoid costly errors.
  • Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work, gained through a structured and focused 3-year vocational training period
