About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a Billing & Reporting Associate in the Madison, WI or Minneapolis, MN office.

Summary

This role supports the billing and reporting operations processes within wealth advisory. They work with others on the Billing and Reporting Team to ensure the accuracy and quality of information in client-facing reports and online client dashboards.

Essential Job Functions

The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.

Essential Job Functions

* Setup of new client accounts in the portfolio accounting system and other ancillary systems, including creation and maintenance of reporting groups

* Creation and maintenance of client dashboards

* Perform regular data integrity checks within the portfolio accounting system

* Production of Quarterly Investment Reports for clients for delivery on the client dashboards

* Process off-boarding of former client accounts for reporting purposes

* Maintain accuracy of assigned advisors for reporting purposes

* May assist in the support of billing processes

Requirements

Experience

* No experience required

* 1 year prior portfolio accounting experience is preferred

Education

* Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Certifications / Licenses

* None required

Technical Competencies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Portfolio management software experience preferred

Organizational Interfaces

This role reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates with a variety of teams across Wealth Advisory and CLA, LLC

Travel Requirements

This position requires <10% travel.
