About the Position and Job Qualifications

The contribution of the Customer Service Representative is integral to the Bank's overall success. They remain attentive to customer cues, resolve issues, and deliver superior customer service to ensure accurate and timely information and service delivery. A deep understanding of the Bank's products and services is essential for the Customer Service Representative to respond effectively to various customer issues or inquiries with a friendly, courteous, and cooperative approach. Collaborative teamwork and maintaining polite and professional communication with teammates and customers are expected standards for the Customer Service Representative.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate proficient use of a personal computer
  • Type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Two years relevant work experience
  • Over a year of experience in the banking industry
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Spanish

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.
