Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Soldering and Wiring
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in Maritime, aviation, or telecom
- IPC Standards Expert (CSE)
- IPC-A-610
- IPC/WHMA-A-620
- Skills in MRP system
- Skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Past certification or knowledge of IPC-620 and IPC-610
- Have good wiring aptitude.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail - taking a customer's point of view.
- Knowledge in or willingness to commit to learning Lean concepts and practices.
- Knowledge needed in electrical termination and repair
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Occasional travel is needed.
- Be able to perform complex work by hand.
- Be able to work in confined spaces for long periods.
