• Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required, maintain inventory record.
• Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action - ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up.
• Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required.
• Assist with data analysis on program performance.
• Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's Degree; or relevant industrial experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Problem solver.

• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong Work Ethic.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience working in an industrial setting.
