Job Description
Job Summary

Provide coverage and support to the TCC education program at Dick Conner's Correctional Center located at 129 Conner Road in Hominy, OK 74035. Assists the TCC Corrections Education Coordinator with class and study hall monitoring, placement testing and exam proctoring. This position will work closely with the Correctional Education Program Staff.

Essential Duties

Provide supervision of education space for all TCC education programs at Dick Conner's Correctional Center, including classrooms, study hall and staff offices

Secure education space for TCC classes and manage classroom equipment and supplies, including technology and teaching aids. Manage inventory of supplies/technology and communicate with leadership to ensure supplies/materials are available each semester.

Assist the TCC Corrections Education Coordinator with assigned course scheduling, campus events and faculty orientation.

Assist the TCC Corrections Education Coordinator with the student enrollment process.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent education.

Ability to travel to the Dick Connors Correctional Center.

Collaboration with campus, community, and Department of Corrections partners.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of directly related experience.

Experience in Higher Education and Criminal Justice.
