SUMMARY

Graebel Van Lines is searching for a top-performing Workspace Solutions Sales Executive to extend our company's proven capabilities to seamlessly handle a client's commercial relocation, build out, warehousing, and logistics needs including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) services.

We need a hunter who is highly skilled in the development and implementation of prospecting and sales strategies. The ideal person will have a demonstrable track record of utilizing tactics that open new commercial customer accounts and increase revenue and profits from existing customers.

Our target prospect might include Senior Facilities Managers for MAC services, Property Managers, Commercial Real Estate, etc. Leveraging your experience selling to top executives within larger companies, colleges, healthcare organizations, et-al, will enable you to earn top commissions with Graebel Van Lines, Inc. Our top Workspace Solutions Sales Executives can earn 6-figures from our salary plus commission pay structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify prospects for Graebel Van Lines, Inc. services. Develop and implement focused strategies to obtain an audience of decision makers to which to formally present Graebel Van Lines, Inc. Actively participate in networking, industry, civic, and professional associations.
  • Identify problems or needs of potential customers and coordinate the development of targeted proposals to address those customer needs with Graebel Van Lines, Inc.
  • Lead or coordinate, as appropriate, the response to formal Requests for Proposals (RFP) from prospects or existing accounts who are re-bidding their programs. Ensure the RFP responses are comprehensive and accurate, and address all of the customer requirements, concerns and needs.
  • Lead or support, as appropriate, presentations of Graebel Van Lines, Inc. services and capabilities to buying influencers. Creates highly effective presentations.
  • Recommend pricing, discounts, and economic incentives for obtaining and maintaining business at the most favorable terms to the company. Sell profitable business by maintaining a market focused understanding of pricing guidelines.
  • Grow annual sales volumes by adding new accounts and increasing business from existing accounts.
  • Communicate with all corporate personnel involved in the sales process, service delivery, customer service, and risk management, to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Attend sales meetings and complete sales reports, contracts, customer profiles, and other company documentation as required;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory issues impacting the relocation industry and relevant Graebel Van Lines, Inc. policies, procedures, practices, and documents
  • Evaluate the potential market for Graebel Van Lines, Inc. services, incorporating projections from current customers, to provide information to management in support of business planning and sales and marketing strategies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, transportation, logistics, etc. desired
  • 5+ years relevant sales experience meeting sales goals/targets preferably in the O/I space
  • Experience in the transportation, moving services, logistics, commercial or professional services industry highly desired
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or some other automated sales CRM tool
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, written and oral communication, facilitation, negotiation, process, and customer management skills
  • Urgency and accountability mindset
  • Financial and business acumen; budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and deal structures.
  • Self-sufficient and experienced in developing both "overview" and customized presentations, proposals, business models and other communications/correspondence as needed
  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy; read and evaluate sales and marketing reports, analysis, and trends.
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite to include, word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as required
