Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Eagle Materials Inc. is a leading provider of building materials that serves markets throughout the United States. Our operations are segmented by product group and include Cement, Gypsum Wallboard, Recycled Paperboard and Concrete and Aggregates divisions. Our manufactured products are 100% made in the U.S.

Originally part of Centex Corporation, Eagle Materials became a fully independent company through a spin-off transaction in January 2004. This independence allows greater flexibility to invest in growth opportunities. Over the years, Eagle has increased market share and increased company profitability through acquisitions, internal expansion and facility upgrades.

Our substantial investments in high return projects, such as facility modernizations and expansions, has solidified Eagle Materials' position as a low-cost producer of building materials and construction products.
